Sabbatical at the Université de Sherbrooke
Excited to have the opportunity to spend the first 4 months of my research sabbatical, along with Melissa from my lab, in Dr. Mélanie Plourde's team at the Université de Sherbrooke. We are conducting an exciting clinical trial using fatty acid tracers to study how dietary proteins influence omega-3 metabolism in humans. This study is possible thanks to funding from the Dairy Farmers of Canada.
